Profile Information

What is your name?
Annemarie Steen
Where do you live?
Eindhoven area, Netherlands
What is your current jobtitle?
Inspirational Trainer/ Facilitator/ Speaker
Did you attend a workshop/ training from Ha-p.com?
Yes
If yes, what where your personal experiences with this workshop?
My first (two day) workshop with Avi and Lenny was in Istanbul Turkey, for a group of 30 hotelmanagers of the Divan Hotels Istanbul. I felt a lot of gratitude to be there (as a trainee). I felt very welcome, accepted and worthy. The FUN and Laughterpart of the workshop made me and the other participants open up their hearts, so we could really SEE eachother. This bonded the group as a whole and laid the foundation for a strong positive company culture of joy and care, family and friends.
Happiness for me is...
Dancing and laughing with my 3 year old daughter Luna, having a playful and loving relationship with Mike, being in motion and meeting inspiring people, doing something challenging that ends well (I'm afraid, but I'm gonna do it anyway), learning, enjoying a good glass of wine or Belgium Beer, creating synergie with others (1+1=>2), sunshine on my face, feeling fully alive.

Benefits of playful laughter - fake it, till you make it

Hi, Last week I facilitated a Laughtersession for a group of 25 people from a mental/ healthcare institution in the

Netherlands. I did this as my alterego, Yamuna.

I started the session with explaining how Laughter Yoga started with (Yamuna’s uncle) Dr. Madan Kataria from Mumbai India in 1995.…

Duck Soup for the Soul

I am currently reading a book that was sended to me as a present by Lenny Ravich (Thank you!), entitled "Duck Soup for the Soul" by Swami Beyondananda. Swami Beyondananda is the brainchild and alter ego of writer/humorist Steve Bhaerman. It is full of different plays on words and the basic jest of the book is to find…
